研究方向:

主要从事植物抗逆机制解析及林木遗传育种改良等研究:

(1)以组蛋白修饰、DNA甲基化等表观遗传学技术结合分子、生理测定解析植物胁迫“记忆”形成及适应性机理;

(2)基于转录组、生理指标及调控网络鉴别胁迫“记忆”形成关键基因;

(3)利用分子生物学、基因工程及遗传学方法解析胁迫关键基因的功能;

(4)探究不同栽培方式等对林木生理及胁迫响应的影响;

(5)多层面对比不同种质资源抗逆能力。
